No. While we like cosmetically distressed properties, we are actively buying, holding and selling any kind of real estate or land. We will actively take a look at any property you may be wanting to sell.
We will buy ANY house as long as it meets the numbers for us. We have a lot of formulas we use and if it isn't a property that will work for us and those we work with, we will give you a fast answer!
The majority of our business is buying and holding properties that we manage ourselves. We occasionally fix and flip properties to then resell, or buy and solve certain situations that most retail buyer would not be allowed or willing to go after. We also wholesale properties to our own private network of investors who can pay cash for properties not meeting our portfolio criteria (ex: size, location, type of property).
